How long does shipping take?
We ship across the EU and UK. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery usually takes 3–5 business days in the EU and 4–7 business days to the UK. You’ll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is a flat rate at checkout, and free on EU & UK orders over €80. The exact cost is shown before you pay.
How do I know my size?
Each product page lists fit notes (relaxed, true to size, slim, oversized). For full measurements, check our Size Guide. If you’re between sizes, we usually recommend sizing up for a relaxed fit or down for a fitted look — the product description will tell you which.
What if something doesn’t fit?
No problem. You have 30 days from delivery to return unworn items with tags attached for a refund or exchange. EU customers also have the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. See our Refund Policy for the full details.
How do I start a return or exchange?
Email us at hello@velora.com with your order number and what you’d like to return or exchange. We’ll send you simple instructions and a return address within one business day.
When will I get my refund?
Once we receive and check your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take a little longer to show it.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to help. Email hello@velora.com as soon as possible with your order number. Once an order is on its way, we can’t change it — but you can always return it.
How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking link by email when your order ships. You can also use our Order Tracking page anytime.
How do I care for my Velora pieces?
To keep fabrics soft and shapely: wash cool (30°C), inside out, with similar colours. Skip the tumble dryer where you can — reshape and lay flat or hang to dry. Specific care details are on each product’s label.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, plus popular digital wallets and local payment options shown at checkout. Checkout is secure and you can pay as a guest — no account required.
