1. Where we ship
We currently ship to all EU member states and the United Kingdom. If your country isn’t available at checkout, email hello@velora.com and we’ll see what we can do.
2. Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a tracking link when it ships.
3. Delivery times
- EU: 3–5 business days after dispatch.
- UK: 4–7 business days after dispatch.
These are estimates and may vary during busy periods or due to carrier delays.
4. Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination. Orders over €80 ship free across the EU and UK. The exact cost is always shown before you pay.
5. Customs & duties
EU orders ship within the EU with no additional customs charges. For UK deliveries, any applicable duties or taxes are handled as shown at checkout; where charges apply on delivery, they are the customer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise.
6. Tracking your order
Once dispatched, you’ll get a tracking link by email. You can also visit our Order Tracking page anytime.
7. Lost or delayed parcels
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated window, contact hello@velora.com and we’ll help track it down.
